Job Responsibilities
Daily management of online auto spares inventory. Processing orders and coordinating shipments. Collaborating with suppliers and logistics teams. Providing customer support and resolving queries. Maintaining product listings and website content. Ensuring accuracy of parts information and pricing. Meeting quality standards for order fulfillment. Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required. Ideal fields are business administration, supply chain management, or automotive technology. Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
2-4 years' relevant experience in auto parts. Proven skills in parts identification and sales. Demonstrated project involvement in inventory management and customer service. Experience with both new and used truck/car parts is crucial.
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills required. The candidate should showcase strong ability to troubleshoot auto part issues, manage inventory databases, and communicate effectively with clients.
