Director of Spares Operations
Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the online auto spares team fostering a collaborative environment. Develop and execute strategies to optimize online sales and market penetration. Manage key projects related to online platform enhancements and expansions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product sourcing and logistics. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure the online platform provides an exceptional customer experience. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for online operations.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Relevant fields include business administration, supply chain management, or automotive engineering. APICS or similar certifications a plus.
Experience Requirements
Requires 3-5 years relevant auto spares industry experience. Strong technical skills in parts identification and vehicle maintenance. Proven track record in sales growth and customer satisfaction is essential.
Additional Requirements
Skills needed: Sales, customer service, inventory management, parts identification, and technical proficiency in automotive systems. Languages: English. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
